MSM Explained

MSM is Methyl Sulphonyl Methane, a form of naturally occurring organic sulphur. Sulphur is a vital building block in all plant and animal life and is responsible for tissue renewal throughout the body and particularly in joints, skin, hair and nails where the highest concentrations are found.

Sulphur is delicate and can easily be lost in the storage, processing and cooking of fresh meat and vegetables. Many of us may be particularly at risk of sulphur-deficiency from our modern diet of highly processed foods.

MSM boosts the levels of biologically available sulphur

which are already present in our bodies.
